    Jeff T. Blau is Chief Executive Officer and a partner of Related Companies. For the past 25+ years he has been responsible for directing and overseeing new developments worth over $70 billion in virtually every sector of the real estate industry. In his position as CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new development opportunities and corporate acquisitions and financing activities across all business platforms. Mr. Blau is also the Chairman and Founding Partner of energyRe, where he led the recruitment of the company’s executive management team and continues to oversee the company's foundational, leading renewable energy projects in transmission and wind. Mr. Blau completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Bruce A. Beal, Jr.

    Bruce A. Beal, Jr. is President and a partner of Related Companies. Bruce joined Related in 1995 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development process for projects across all asset classes throughout the country including acquisition, finance and construction activities. In addition, Mr. Beal oversees Related’s operating portfolio and Related Affordable, one of the largest privately held affordable housing development and preservationist groups in the country.  

     Mr. Beal is a trustee for New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Citizens Budget Commission, and Riverdale Country School, a Pre-K through grade 12 independent school in New York City. He also serves on the Metropolitan Museum of Art Real Estate Council and REBNY’s Executive Committee, Board of Governors and Housing Committee. He previously served on the Board Directors of the Community Preservation Corporation and Friends of the High Line.

    Mr. Beal graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

  • Kenneth P. Wong

    Kenneth P. Wong is Chief Operating Officer and Director of International Development of Related Companies. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational, corporate and business functions of the company and oversees the company’s development activities in the international markets.

    Mr. Wong has more than forty years of diverse experience having overseen the development of a broad range of real estate assets from retail shopping centers to theme parks and planned communities both in the U.S. and international markets and representing well over $30 billion worth of assets. His executive experience includes development and operating companies, both public and private, bridging the worlds of real estate, entertainment, design and technology.

    Mr. Wong rejoined Related in March 2008 from Westfield America, Inc. where he served as President and was responsible for acquisitions/dispositions and operations, development, leasing, marketing and management of the $15 billion Westfield portfolio of approximately 65 properties, 9,000 retailers and over 20 active developments. Mr. Wong joined Westfield in 2003 from Related Companies.

    Prior to joining Related, Mr. Wong spent nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company where he held a series of senior executive positions, including President of the Disney Development Company and President of Walt Disney Imagineering. During this period, he had global responsibility for the largest program of investment in Disney history, including theme parks, hotels, retail centers, cruise ships and the planned community of Celebration.

    Earlier in his career, Mr. Wong was Executive Vice President of Himmel/Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co of Boston, a private real estate partnership. He also served in project management positions with the Gerald D. Hines organization. Mr. Wong holds dual Masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

    Brent Behrman joined Related Digital as Chief Investment Officer in February 2025. Most recently, Brent served as Chief Sales Officer at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator, where he led CyrusOne’s global sales and marketing resources. During his tenure, Mr. Behrman’s teams executed 100+ leases and deployed more than $12 Billion of capital to support customer contracts, land acquisition, development pipeline growth and supply chain optimization. Mr. Berhman first joined CyrusOne in 2016 and held key leadership roles during the company’s global expansion efforts, including serving as Executive Vice President of Engineering and Executive Vice President of Strategy. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Brent spent nearly 20 years leading engineering and sales teams at data center and digital infrastructure development companies. Brent graduated from Texas A&M University and received his Master of Business Administration from University of North Texas. He lives in New York and Dallas.

    Greg Myers joins Related Digital from Vista Equity Partners where he was Global Head of Capital & Partner Solutions and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Vista in 2017, Mr. Myers spent over two decades in senior leadership positions, overseeing investor development, fund formation and capital raising activities, including as a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Eton Park Capital Management and a Managing Director at Lazard, Inc. (NYSE: LAZ). Previously, Mr. Myers worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in investment banking. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William & Mary.

    Emad Lotfalla is Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for Related Companies. Mr. Lotfalla is responsible for providing strategic advice to the senior executive team across Related’s global development portfolio. He brings over 35 years of experience in design and construction, having successfully managed the construction of over 12 million square feet in all asset classes, including large-scale infrastructure projects such as Hudson Yards and The Gateway Development Commission’s Hudson Tunnel Project, high-rise commercial office and residential buildings, hospitals, academic facilities, aviation and infrastructure and high-profile cultural facilities. Prior to joining Related Companies in 2013, Mr. Lotfalla served as construction executive and principal in charge for several major construction projects throughout New York City, which included the World Trade Center Transportation Hub, the Whitney Museum, JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at JFK, Delta Airlines expansion of Terminal 4 at JFK, the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and the King’s County Family Court. Mr. Lotfalla is a registered architect in the State of New York and holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.

    John Shine serves as Related Digital’s Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 35 years of business development experience in the data center infrastructure and technology industries. Mr. Shine joined Related Digital from Compass Datacenters where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for scaling the sales team to support a $10B global hyperscale data center business serving Fortune 500 technology companies. Prior to joining Compass, Mr. Shine established a consistent track record of success in high-growth technology companies holding leadership roles at Vettro, Cysive, Spherion Technology, and Digital Realty. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Providence College.

    Erik Egger, Vice President of Construction for Related Digital, brings three decades of experience to the role. Most recently, Mr. Egger was Vice President, Data Center Development at Prologis leading efforts and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for site selection, entitlement, power procurement, design, construction, and commissioning development of data center facilities across North America in the company’s booming data center market. He previously served as the Director of Design and Construction at Iron Mountain responsible for all major construction builds across North America including brownfield projects, retrofits and fit-outs in the company’s data center division. He has also held Vice President positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Urbacon LTD. Mr. Egger holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a M.S. in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

    Natalie Ravitz is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications at Related Companies. She joined Related in 2024 and is responsible for leading the company’s communications efforts and overarching brand strategy.

    Prior to joining Related, Ravitz was Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Madison Square Garden Entertainment. Over the course of her career, Ravitz has also served as the Senior Vice President of Communications at the National Football League, Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Strategy at NewsCorp and the Chief Communications and Brand Officer at Verizon Media. Ravitz possesses a range of public sector experience as well, having served as the Chief Communications Officer for New York City Schools under former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a Senior Adviser to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer and Press Secretary for the late U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone.

    She holds a Bachelors in English Literature from the University of Michigan.

Prior to Digital Realty, Mr Stein played pivotal roles at GI Partners, a private equity firm, as well as at PNC Financial Services Group, TriNet Corporate Realty Trust (now part of iStar Financial), Westinghouse Electric, and Duquesne Light Company.

    Miguel Prado is the Chief Executive Officer of energyRe where he oversees the management and expansion of the company’s large-scale clean energy solutions. Founded in 2020 by the principals of Related Companies out of the company’s sustainability efforts, today energyRe has a large and diversified portfolio of 80+ projects that includes utility-scale wind and solar generation, offshore wind, energy storage, transmission and distributed generation. Before joining energyRe, Mr. Prado was CEO of North America at EDP Renewables, a global leader in the renewable energy sector and the world’s fourth largest producer of wind energy. Mr. Prado managed EDPR’s 1,000 U.S.-based employees and oversaw the company’s 8.8 GWs of renewable projects under management, more than $11 billion of assets and a development pipeline of more than 15 GWs. In his nearly 20 years with EDP renewables, Mr. Prado also held the title of Head of Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions investing more than $18B in 14 different countries. Mr. Prado holds PhD in Business and Management from the University of Oviedo and Bradford, UK and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain.
